• Invitations are issued to foreigners in respect of whom the University approves admission for the relevant degree and in the preparatory department.
• An invitation to a foreigner to study is issued on the basis of submitted to educational institution educational institution in paper or electronic in the form of copies of the following documents:

– passport document of a foreigner;

– a document on the acquired level of education with grades (scores) obtained from academic disciplines or an academic certificate;

– written consent to the processing of personal data.

• University within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt documents generates an invitation in electronic form, waiting for assignment registration number in the electronic journal and prints an invitation to form, after full payment.
• The invitation is issued to a student, contractor or to the authorized representative of the applicant personally, with prior registration in the journal of issuance of invitations to study and signed and SB of the person who takes invitation.
• Invitations are issued twice a week: MONDAY and WEDNESDAY. A photocopy of the invitation is stored (if necessary) in the archives of the authorized department for 1 year.
• The cost of the invitation is 2500 UAH according to the order of the rector.
• In 2021-2022 AD invitations are issued only to contracting firms registered in the Ukrainian State Center for International Education and which have a cooperation agreement with the university
